Meet The Team

We offer a 10" rice flour crust. It is cooked in an aluminum pan and cooked in a specific part of the oven designated for Gluten Free pizzas in order to best alleviate the opportunities for cross contamination.

Note: Toppings of eggplant and meatball do contain gluten.

We start delivering everyday at 3:30PM. There is a $15 delivery minimum for local* orders. We can deliver in the morning for catering orders with 24-hour advance notice.

We do not have an online ordering platform. You must call (607) 277-7257 to place an order.
